Like casting hexes and mixing potions type of witch. Maria dealt with her past daily from others. But not anymore. People avoided her – which to me, means her previous lifestyle affected people. Literally, it’s probably been an extensive period since she has left her home. And when I say home, I mean where she has a door to shut behind her.
